This is the space the IRA HER demo gets built in. The sidebar holds the three surfaces the program depends on; each one is a placeholder until somebody picks it up. Nothing here is production data or a production commitment.

The read side: what a Focus reviewer opens to see one application whole, without asking the subcontractor for a status.
