What this covers, and what it cannot
DOE lists seven upgrade types in the IRA legislation. The finder now has a picker
for five of them. Two are not certified product categories at all,
so no list exists anywhere to look in — and of the five, insulation is the one whose
answer cannot finish a claim.
The AHRI number is not simply absent for dryers and stoves — DOE's schema
forbids it there and accepts the model number instead, which is
what ENERGY STAR publishes. Insulation is the exception in the other direction:
it publishes none of the three identifiers DOE will take. See
product_info on the Schema page.
